EXTENSIVE PROPERTY IN THE 'NEW' NORTHERN EXTENSION

• Data generated in recent years point to this being the 'missing' extension of the Red Lake Greenstone Belt
• Previously thought to be the 'wrong' rocks', new data show this not to be the case
• Property optioned to Solitaire Minerals Corp. which must spend $2.5 million to earn 55%

INCLUDES KEY CLAIMS ADJACENT TO SIDACE MDZ GOLD DISCOVERY

• The MDZ (Goldcorp/Planet explorations Inc.) has been the site over 50,000 metres of drilling since 1999, most of it in recent years
• Several ore grade intercepts have been published from the MDZ
• Rubicon interprets this to be a classic Hemlo style gold setting
• Hemlo setting means, in essence, large bulk mineable gold in a pyritic, sericite schist

TEST OF DEEP POTENTIAL TO BE CARRIED OUT IN 2007

• Only three previous holes have been drilled by Rubicon on the Sidace claims adjacent to the MDZ
• These have documented the sericite schist (host package) to be present
• One hole drilled in 2006 to the top of the zone identified prospective gold bearing rocks. Plans in place to extend this hole to further test the mineralization at depth
